Anne-Marie Norman is a law graduate and will writer and has worked in the legal profession in London and the South East for over fifteen years. Her favourite subject at university was intellectual property law and she also enjoys keeping up to date with animal welfare law in order to assist animal charities in Surrey and London on a voluntary basis. She is a full member of The Society of Will Writers and is fully insured.

Why Make A Will?

​

Everyone should have a Will, especially if you own property, are married, are in a civil partnership or have a long-term partner. It is also very important if you have children or other people who depend on you, or if you wish to leave something to someone who is not a close family member.  If you die intestate (without having made a Will) your estate may not be distributed as you expect it to be. Making a Will gives you a sense of certainty about who you leave your assets to.
